Norge

Vi har rest ett antal gånger till Norge. Framförallt i de norra delarna. Här på sidan hittar du vår båtresa till Svalbard. Vårt letande från båt efter Späckhuggare i Tromsøs fjordar. Vår resa på Vesterålen och Lofoten samt våra resor i Nordnorge och till Lillehammer.

We have travelled to Norway several times. Primarily to the northern parts. On this website you will find our boat trip to Svalbard. Our search after Orcas in the fjord's of Tromsø. Our trip to Vesterålen and Lofoten and our trips in northern Normay (North Cape) and to Lillehammer.
The trips/areas are presented in different image collections.

An arranged trip with Polar Quest.

We flew Stockholm-Oslo-Bodø. We were picked up at the airport by Polar Quest and taken to the harbour where M/S Quest was embarked, our home for 11 days.

The trip took us to Lofoten, over Barent's Sea to Bear Island, then to Svalbard. We followed the west coast of the island of Spitsbergen. Continued in to some of the fjords in the north. Then back to Longyearbyen.

2019: Tromsø-Kirkenes

A trip of our own.

We flew from Stockholm to Tromsø. A rental car was waiting for us.
We drove from Tromsø to Kirkenes. Over-night stops in Olderdalen and Hammerfest. We spent three nights in Honningsvåg, one night in Tana, two nights in Vardø, and finally one night in Kirkenes.

Finally we took the car onboard M/S Polarlys of Hurtigruten, and 1½ day later we were back in Tromsø.
Arriving late at the Tromsø Hospital Hotel for one night's sleep before flying back to Stockholm.
