This first prototype flew for the first time May 27 1955. Re-registerred May 23 1956 to F-BHHH.

Painted in SAS (SCANDINAVIAN AIRLINES SYSTEM) colors 1957 named Finn Viking.

This prototype was used for various tests up until April 1966.
